A Semi-Annual Review of the CFPB" featured testimony from CFPB Director Kathy Kraninger. House Republicans used this hearing as an opportunity to stand up for consumers and small businesses and against the politicization of the bureau.

This bill would amend the duties of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) to ensure FinCEN works with tribal law enforcement agencies, protects against all forms of terrorism, and focuses on virtual currencies.
